Return & Exchange Policy – Abaya 60’s

Each abaya in our collection is crafted with care and attention to detail.
To ensure the highest level of service and product integrity, please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

The request for return or exchange must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

The item must be in sellable condition, free of perfume, makeup stains, or any damage.

A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: For hygiene reasons, abayas that have been worn, altered, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To protect our brand and customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or tailored items.

Limited edition or sale items.

Gift cards or promotional products.

Items damaged due to improper care or use.

3. Return & Exchange Process

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide the return shipping instructions.

Items must be shipped back within 2 business days after approval.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your return status.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after item inspection.

If a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, store credit will be issued.

Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested size or color is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

7. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Abaya 60’s is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

Refusal to accept delivery may result in additional charges.

8. Fraud Prevention

Abaya 60’s reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if abuse of policy or suspicious activity is detected (e.g., frequent returns, damaged goods, fake claims).

All returns are subject to inspection and verification.
